Job Title: Senior Manager Controllership

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the entity’s trial balance, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Prepare accurate standalone and consolidated financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards and Group reporting requirements.
• Ensure proper recording, reconciliation, and settlement of inter-company transactions across entities.
• Act as the key liaison with external and internal auditors, ensuring timely completion of statutory, tax, and group audits while maintaining adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Prepare, review, and monitor key account reconciliations (e.g., intercompany, vendor, and customer balances), promptly identifying and resolving open items within defined timelines.
• Partner with technology and ERP teams to automate recurring accounting processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce manual interventions.
• Drive implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and strengthen internal controls to ensure robust accounting practices and compliance.
• Work closely with US-based finance teams and stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination and ability to operate in

  US-aligned timelines

  as required.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5–8 years of relevant post-qualification experience in controllership, accounting, or financial reporting roles (preferably in multinational or fast-paced industries).
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IND AS / IFRS / USGAAP).
