Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for Content Development, Strategy, and Marketing. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing content marketing strategies for Techmagnate and premium clients in coordination with the Off-Page team. - Growing and managing the database of editors and influencers for Techmagnate and premium clients. - Creating content development and marketing processes that engage the Content, SEO, and Social Media teams. - Owning the Blog from content development to marketing, reviewing comments, and growing subscribers for all internal properties. - Managing the personas associated with the blog. - Managing the comments/Discuss account associated with the blog. - Developing and implementing content & outreach-based strategies to grow the blog audience and engagement numbers. Additionally, you will be involved in Team Management by conducting training sessions as needed and monitoring the day-to-day work of team members in content development, guest posting, and social sharing teams. You will also be responsible for Coordination with other Departments such as SEO for the development of content topics, content strategy, and reviewing work of the guest posting team and social sharing team. In Account Management, you will communicate and meet with clients as needed to resolve content-related issues. Identifying publications and content marketing avenues and opportunities for Techmagnate and clients will be part of your role in Online and Offline Marketing. You will also develop contacts/network of editors at various niche-based publications. Qualifications required for this role include: - BFSI/Insurance Content experience is a must. - Excellent written and spoken English language skills. - Strong leadership skills. - Demonstrated ability to work creatively and analytically in a high-pressure problem-solving environment. - Self-starter with the ability to work independently and make sound judgments. - Proven project management skills. - Positive attitude. - Bachelors and/or Masters degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business Administration. - 8+ years of experience with content writing and marketing, agency experience desired.
