Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of quality assurance programs within flight operations, with a focus on compliance, quality, and cabin safety. Your role will involve ensuring that all flight operations functions meet regulatory requirements and company standards, while also driving continuous improvement and risk management in flight operations. Key Responsibilities: - Align group airlines with strategic initiatives and applicable processes wherever necessary. - Ensure continual improvement of flight operations policies through regular revisions and feedback incorporation from various stakeholders. - Maintain and keep up to date the Career Progression List and resolve grievances when highlighted. - Provide support and guidance on implementing compliance protocols within operational workflows. - Regularly review operational procedures, manuals, and records to verify compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies. - Track and manage non-conformances, facilitate RCAs, initiate corrective actions, and monitor their effectiveness. - Identify and assess potential risks associated with non-compliance, conduct risk analysis of audit findings, and develop strategies to mitigate those risks. - Conduct regular quality audits and reviews of all flight operations to ensure adherence to compliance and quality standards. - Support the establishment of quality audit requirements and assist in the development of corrective action plans. - Facilitate audits and assessments, respond to findings, track the implementation of recommended changes, and assist in the preparation of audit reports. - Maintain accurate records of compliance monitoring activities, prepare reports on findings, and present data to relevant stakeholders. - Build and maintain strong relationships with regulatory authorities, internal departments, and external safety organizations to enhance safety and compliance frameworks. - Support team members in their collaboration with multiple internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Aeronautical Engineering, or related field. - Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements such as ICAO, FAA, EASA, DGCA. - Experience in quality assurance programs, compliance management, and risk analysis within flight operations. - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. - Ability to lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives.,
