Senior Manager Commercial - Exports/International Operations

**Job Description:** As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for the following core responsibilities: - **Sales & Revenue Management:** You will be required to align dispatches to achieve sales targets and monitor service value cost to improve margins. - **Customer Satisfaction:** Your role will involve improving NPS by ensuring timely dispatches and maintaining high service levels. - **Working Capital & Financial Efficiency:** You will manage receivables, reduce AR days, control Opex, and interact with AD banks for forex and export documentation. - **Compliance & Risk Management:** Ensuring strict EXIM, FEMA, and statutory compliance will be crucial.
