Job Description

As a Sales & Revenue Manager, your key responsibilities will include: - Aligning dispatches to achieve sales targets and monitoring service value cost to improve margins. - Improving customer satisfaction by ensuring timely dispatches and service levels. - Managing receivables, reducing AR days, and controlling Opex to enhance working capital & financial efficiency. - Interacting with AD banks for forex and export documentation to ensure financial efficiency. - Ensuring strict EXIM, FEMA, and statutory compliance and managing risk across international commercial operations. - Driving digital initiatives to improve process efficiency. - Leading and developing a 5-member specialized team in people management. You should possess the following qualifications and experience: Qualifications: - Chartered Accountant (CA). Experience: - 8-10 years in export commercial processes, budgeting, forecasting, and stakeholder engagement. In this role, you will be evaluated based on the following Performance Metrics (KPIs): - Sales target adherence - Gross margin optimization - Reduction in AR days - Cost efficiency (SVC, Opex) - Customer satisfaction (NPS, dispatch adherence) - Compliance adherence - Digital project execution If there are any additional details about the company in the job description, please provide them.,
