The Opportunity

Adfactors PRs Capital Markets Practice partners with Indias most ambitious companies on their growth and market journeys — advising Boards, promoters, and investors on shaping narratives that move markets and build enduring reputation capital.

We are expanding our outreach team to engage senior market stakeholders and originate high-impact opportunities across India’s vibrant capital ecosystem.

This role blends financial acumen, market intelligence, and high-impact communication, offering a front-row seat to the evolution of India’s equity and investment landscape.

What You’ll Do

• Build and sustain relationships with CXOs, Promoters, Private Equity funds, Investment Bankers, Law Firms, and Advisors.
• Scan capital-market developments — IPOs, M&A, and PE exits — to identify emerging opportunities across companies.
• Engage with listed entities seeking to strengthen their equity narrative, deepen investor relations, and reinforce market confidence.
• Drive structured outreach and relationship programs across the capital-markets ecosystem to unlock new business opportunities.
• Develop persuasive presentations and proposals — proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is essential.
• Collaborate with functional teams, including the Digital Reputation & Risk Practice, ESG Practice and others, to deliver integrated, high-impact client solutions.

What You’ll Bring

• 8–10 years’ experience in Investment Banking Origination, Credit Rating Sales, Consulting, or Investor Relations Sales.
• Deep understanding of capital-market transactions and the broader deal ecosystem.
• Understanding of reputation risk and ESG will be an added advantage.
• High gravitas, exceptional communication, and the ability to lead senior-level discussions.
• A go-getter with sharp market awareness, high energy, and the instinct to convert relationships into opportunities.
• Analytical and creative thinker with strong presentation and financial-storytelling skills.
