As a Fulfilment Operations Manager at our company, your role is crucial in managing various aspects of the supply chain for the parts business. You will be responsible for ensuring timely purchase, spare acquisition, inventory management, and settling dealer claims within the agreed timeframe. Providing the right parts to customers at the right time, in the right quantity, and in the right condition is essential for customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive and monitor spare purchase operations and demand fulfilment. - Timely servicing of customer orders based on a pre-fixed dispatch schedule. - Manage inventory and storage to maximize operational efficiency. - Automate/improve warehouse processes for efficiency enhancement. - Ensure the inwarding of the right quality material to minimize cycle time. - Design robust and economical packaging for safe storage and delivery. - Monitor compliance with IATF 16949 for SPD PVBU. - Maintain warehouse infrastructure and safety practices. - Review warehouse manpower competence and coordinate training. - Monitor compliance with taxation norms and coordinate audits. - Coordinate with IT team for system maintenance/upgrades. - Coordinate with the International Business team for material dispatch. - Coordinate with stakeholders for timely settlement of claims. **Qualifications Required:** - Education: BE/PG - Relevant Experience: 5-8 years in spare purchase/demand fulfilling. Your expertise should include thorough experience in spare purchase and acquisition, basic knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations, contract management, legal aspects of supply chain, basic knowledge of spare parts packaging, and understanding of IATF audits and TQM. Please note that the stakeholder interactions will involve coordination with internal teams such as Sales, Quality, Business Planning/Finance, and external service provider logistics for smooth operations.
