Job Summary

We are hiring a dedicated and result-driven Branch Manager to oversee overall operations, team performance, and customer satisfaction at our Jalandhar branch. The candidate will undergo 10–15 days of unpaid training at our Chandigarh branch, with free accommodation and meals provided by the company during the training period. Final selection will be done through a face-to-face interview in Chandigarh. A 2-year service agreement will be mandatory upon joining.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, including team coordination, client handling, and reporting.
• Lead and mentor staff to meet business targets and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Monitor sales performance, staff productivity, and branch KPIs.
• Handle client queries, feedback, and escalations effectively.
• Ensure implementation of company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with the head office for reporting, audits, and updates.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any stream (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a managerial or team-leading role (preferably in wellness, healthcare, or service industry).

• Training Duration: 10–15 days (Flexible, Unpaid)
• Training Location: Chandigarh Branch
• Facilities During Training: Accommodation and meals provided by the company.
• Final Interview: Face-to-face in Chandigarh.
• Job Location After Training: Jalandhar Branch

Additional Terms

• Agreement: A 2-year employment bond is mandatory upon joining.
• Salary: Will start after successful completion of the training.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
