The
Senior Manager BD
will play a critical role in driving the growth and expansion of Insure AIX s market presence. This position involves leading strategic business development initiatives, managing client relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets. The successful candidate will report directly to the Regional Director of Business Development and will have a dotted line reporting to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with Insure AIX s global business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships and markets to drive growth and expand Insure AIX s market share.

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Sales Leadership:
Lead and manage the business development team, setting clear goals and objectives, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

Market Analysis:
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities and competitive landscape, informing strategic decision-making.

Proposal Development:
Oversee the development of high-quality proposals and presentations for potential clients, showcasing Insure AIX s value proposition.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the product development, marketing, and operations teams to ensure the delivery of innovative and scalable solutions that meet client needs.

Mandatory Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. A Master s degree or additional qualifications in AI, insurance, or technology management is preferred.

Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the insurance or technology sectors.

Deep understanding of the insurance industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities, as well as knowledge of AI-powered solutions.
