Senior Manager-Banking Partnerships

As a Sales Manager for Banking Partnerships, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with banks and insurance partners. Your main focus will be promoting a suite of financial products to their merchants and outlets. Additionally, you will oversee the sales team's performance and develop strategies to meet sales targets efficiently. - Liaise with banks and coordinate with internal teams daily for smooth operational execution - Manage relationships from inception to execution, adding value by customizing products based on partners" requirements - Manage the existing portfolio of banking partners and enhance offerings for current partners - Hold strategic discussions with potential partners to onboard them for mutually beneficial products - Identify potential partners, conduct market research, generate product requirements, develop sales strategies, and determine specifications, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction - Monitor competitor activities, assess impact, and provide inputs for effective responses - Participate in market development initiatives such as seminars, customer visits, tech days, and exhibitions to increase awareness of Product Sales portfolio - Ensure a continuous focus on generating leads and maintaining an opportunities pipeline - Work closely with the Technical Support team to ensure customer satisfaction and plan new customer acquisition initiatives - Experience in business development and sales in the banking or financial services industry - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills - Ability to think strategically and develop sales plans to meet targets - Knowledge of banking and financial products and services - Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field - Experience in the merchant acquiring industry is a plus,
