Senior Manager/ AVP/ VP - Property & Casualty Insurance Broking

As a Portfolio & Client Relationship Lead in the P&C domain, your role will involve: - Leading and growing a portfolio of P&C clients (Domestic and Multinational) by implementing retention, cross-sell, and up-sell strategies. - Building and nurturing long-term client relationships with CXOs and decision makers. - Driving new business development initiatives and ensuring the achievement of revenue goals. - Providing technical oversight on RFQs, QCRs, bespoke coverages, and risk management solutions. - Staying updated with market trends, pricing dynamics, and regulatory updates to make informed decisions. - Collaborating effectively with underwriters, insurers, and internal risk engineering teams to devise strategic client solutions. - Mentoring and leading a team of Relationship Managers/Account Executives to deliver excellence in client service.
