Senior Manager - After Sales Ware house (Supply Chain)

Qualification : BE is Must

Implementation of Aftersales Logistic Projects to optimize Overall Logistics Costs and Improve Business Deliverables/KPIs by ensuring a close liaison with Internal /Corporate Functions and External Parties viz. 3PL/Transporters.

MAJOR ACTIVITIES

1. Identify Competitive Logistic Partners viz. Vendors, 3PL & Transporters

• Liaison with Purchase, Finance, Legal, Taxation, IS/IT

HR, Real Estate, Safety/Security & Business

2. Build an Efficient and Cost Optimal Logistic solution to meet Business Requirements viz. Warehouse/ Transport etc

• Capacity Planning for Inventory & Operations
• Define the Layout & MHEs requirement

3. Planning of Project Phases & Milestones

• Detail Project Management schedule
• Periodic Progress Updates & Review with Stake Holders.
• Risk Assessment & Contingency Planning

4. Identify and Build an End-to-End IT Solution for Logistics Operations

• Consolidate System Requirements
• Close collaboration with IS/IT Team & Developers for requirement readiness as per Milestones.

5. Ensure Legal/Compliance/Approvals for smooth Supply Chain flows

• Coordinate closely with Finance, Tax and Consultants
• Ensure compliance related readiness inline with India regulations/framework

• Experience of WH Operations critical and Co-ordinations with Operations & IS/IT Team for Current systems, flows and process
