As a highly capable Machine Learning Engineer at PrashTech Solutions, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our machine learning systems. Your primary responsibilities will include consulting with managers to refine machine learning objectives, designing self-running AI software to automate predictive models, and transforming data science prototypes using appropriate ML algorithms and tools. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring accurate user recommendations, auto-tagging images, text-to-speech conversions, and developing and deploying ML models for various applications. Key Responsibilities: - Consult with managers to determine and refine machine learning objectives. - Design machine learning systems and self-running AI software for predictive automation. - Transform data science prototypes using ML algorithms and tools. - Ensure accurate user recommendations and data transformation. - Develop and deploy ML models for applications like chatbots and NLP solutions. - Build and optimize AI-driven chatbots using frameworks such as Rasa, Dialogflow, or GPT-based models. - Utilize NLP techniques for text classification, sentiment analysis, and entity recognition. - Train, fine-tune, and optimize deep learning and machine learning models for production environments. - Deploy models on cloud platforms and implement MLOps best practices. - Collaborate with data engineers to preprocess, clean, and analyze large datasets. - Continuously monitor and improve model performance, accuracy, and efficiency. - Develop and integrate APIs for seamless communication between ML models and applications. - Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of AI-driven solutions. - Stay updated with the latest ML and AI advancements to keep solutions cutting-edge. Qualifications Required: - 2-4+ years of experience in Machine Learning, AI, or Data Science. - Strong expertise in chatbot development using Rasa, Dialogflow, or GPT models. - Experience in building and deploying ML models for real-world applications. - Hands-on experience with NLP techniques and frameworks. - Strong understanding of model deployment using Docker, Kubernetes, Flask, or FastAPI. - Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases for data management. - Knowledge of MLOps best practices and version control systems. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. Nice to have: - Experience with Graph Neural Networks (GNNs) or Reinforcement Learning. - Knowledge of Big Data technologies like Spark, Hadoop, Kafka. - Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and fine-tuning transformer models.
