For Strotium, IntellifAI Labs is working on building next generation voice cloning, custom AI spokesperson face cloning and other high end technologies with the focus of being the #1 creative media platform company in the world. We are looking to hire Senior ML engineer to help explore, improve and optimize both internal proprietary product and open source models.

Role Overview

As a Senior ML Engineer, your main responsibilities will involve crafting and optimizing machine learning models, which will take up about 70% of your time, and scaling these models for widespread use, accounting for the remaining 30%. Our ability to quickly iterate and refine our work is crucial to creating exceptional applications. We adopt a top-down methodology for algorithm exploration: initially, we experiment to assess the algorithm's suitability for our specific needs. Following this preliminary evaluation, we delve into each aspect systematically—enhancing the model by optimizing datasets, refining loss functions, modifying architectures, and applying innovative engineering solutions.

Minimal qualifications

• At least two years of hands-on experience with PyTorch, familiar with training convolution neural networks and diffusion models.
• An innate drive for autonomous work and innovation. Self driven, and ability to pick new concepts quickly.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Electronics, or Electrical (alternate evidence of expertise equally welcome).
• Experience working with, and a deep understanding of SOTA diffusion models such as Flux, Wan, etc.

Compensation: Competitive and aligned with industry standards in India

Work hours: Flexible (as long as there is reasonable overlap with EST work hours, and the candidate gets the job done)
