Senior Life Insurance Managers (Team Handling)

As a team leader in the Bancassurance/Agency/Direct Marketing department, your role will involve leading and managing a team of professionals to achieve business objectives and drive growth. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and revenue, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing coaching and training to enhance team members' skills and performance. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market - Manage and control budget and resources effectively - Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders - Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements - Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members - Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices Qualifications Required: - Graduation - Strong leadership and management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions - Strong business acumen and understanding of financial markets - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Strong sales and marketing skills - Ability to lead and motivate a team - Strong knowledge of Bancassurance products and services In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you will be working full-time with benefits including health insurance and provident fund. The work schedule is during the day shift with a performance bonus. The preferred education qualification is a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1 year of experience in Life Insurance Sales Team Handling is preferred. The work location is in person.
