Senior Legal Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee legal aspects of

  land acquisition

  , including title verification, drafting sale deeds, lease agreements, and MoUs
• Conduct

  due diligence

  of property documents, revenue records, and government approvals for land deals
• Coordinate with external advocates, consultants, and local authorities to resolve land-related legal matters
• Handle

  civil, criminal, and property litigation

  including disputes, encroachments, and recovery proceedings
• Represent the company before courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities when required
• Draft and vet agreements, indemnities, notices, and legal opinions related to land transactions
• Ensure compliance with applicable local and central laws related to land (e.g., Land Acquisition Act, Transfer of Property Act, Registration Act, etc.)
• Maintain organized documentation and legal records for all ongoing cases and land transactions
• Provide timely legal advice and risk assessments to internal stakeholders on land-related matters

  Role & responsibilities

• Experience in

  real estate is not Mandatory

• Familiarity with land laws in [your state/region], such as Karnataka Land Reforms Act, etc.
• Working knowledge of local languages (for documentation and legal proceedings)
