Skill Set

  • To manage the Drafting, vetting, negotiating & finalizing the contracts; their storage and retrieval; Manage Contracts compliance matrix
  • Liaison With Statutory Authorities
  • Responsible for preparation of amendments and addendum
  • Ensure that all the needed statutory filings are made in stipulated timelines
  • Documents Control of all the original and soft copies of all SGHA / License
  • Responsible in preparing new Standard Ground Handling Agreements (SGHA)
