Senior Landscape Architect

Conduct site analysis to assess terrain, climate, and environmental impact.

Develop sustainable landscape concepts and master plans aligned with project vision.

Design green spaces, plantations, hardscapes, water features, and outdoor recreational areas for aesthetics and functionality.

Prepare detailed horticulture, irrigation, and drainage plans for efficient water and resource management.

Ensure sustainability by integrating eco-friendly materials, native plants, rainwater harvesting, and renewable energy solutions in landscape design.

Collaborate with architect, urban planners, and engineers to integrate landscaping with overall project planning.

Oversee on-site implementation according to the required finishes.

Promote urban greening initiatives by designing green roofs, vertical gardens, and biodiversity-friendly landscapes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
• Professional licensure (or on track for licensure) is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in landscape architecture or a related design field.
• Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, GIS, and Revit or Lumion.
• Strong design sensibility and a portfolio showcasing design projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Knowledge of horticulture, sustainable design, and construction processes.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹130,000.00 - ₹160,000.00 per month
