Senior landscape architect Company Description Mega Scape's India is a environment & landscape company run by environmentalists, ornithologist, ecological landscape architects & technical planners. At MGS our work profile consists of planning & development of biodiversity parks, industrial landscape, carbon neutral & water neutral projects, creating lake parks projects along with thematic gardens, innovative sit-outs adding colour and texture to the environment there by bringing sustainable changes in eco system. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for (1) Senior Landscape Architect architect at www.megascapesindia.com located in Pune, Senapati Bapat Road Office .He/ she would require to travel on site locations outside Pune. The Landscape Architect will be responsible for Planning designing & execution of overall landscapes designs, outdoor areas, civil related and structures to achieve landscape, environmental, social-behavioural, or aesthetic outcomes. Qualifications Landscape Planning and Landscape Design skills Architecture & civil planning skills. Proficiency in CAD software, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools. Ability to create detailed hardscapes & soft scapes plans Strong knowledge of architecture, landscape design principles and techniques. Worked on various Gradient levels & different terrain. Lumion designing skills preferred. Excellent communication and project management skills Masters degree in Landscape Architecture or related field Vast Experience in site analysis, site planning, and environmental impact assessments. Experience in site analysis, design development, and construction related documentation, BOQ, Presentations etc. Good knowledge of plants, materials, construction techniques, and hardscape elements. Experience: A strong experience of at-lest 6-10 years on site is expected, we can evaluate on candidate-to-candidate basis in-case otherwise. Able to travel stay if required with in Pune Mumbai & Maharashtra.
