As a Senior Lab Incharge at our clinic in Vaduthala, your role will involve managing and overseeing laboratory operations. Your responsibilities will include supervising lab technicians, ensuring high-quality testing, managing sample collection, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage day-to-day laboratory operations, ensuring accurate and efficient tests within turnaround times. - Monitor and maintain quality control and quality assurance measures, implementing NABL accreditation standards and regulatory guidelines. - Oversee in-clinic and home sample collection processes, ensuring proper handling, labeling, and transportation. - Lead and supervise lab technicians, conduct training sessions, and ensure proper documentation procedures. - Manage equipment and inventory, ensuring calibration and timely procurement of lab materials. - Interact with patients, provide timely and accurate test reports, and maintain high standards of customer service. - Maintain records, prepare performance reports, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines. Qualifications Required: - BSc/MSc in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or equivalent. - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a laboratory supervisory role. - Knowledge of NABL accreditation and compliance standards preferred. - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Experience in home sample collection services is a plus. - Proficiency in lab management software and digital documentation.
