The ideal candidate should possess at least 2-4 years of accounting experience, preferably in SMEs. It is essential to have a strong understanding of TDS rules and vendor compliance. Hands-on experience with Zoho Books or any cloud accounting tool is required. Proficiency in Excel, including basic formulas, VLOOKUP, and reconciliation, is necessary. The successful candidate should also be organized, proactive, and deadline-focused. Please note that GST accounting skills are not required for this role. Deep understanding of counselling ethics, modalities (CBT, REBT, Mindfulness, etc.), and human behavior. Strong communication, empathy, and emotional intelligence skills. Ability to work across diverse age groups and cultural backgrounds. Basic proficiency in G Suite and digital documentation tools. 1. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE : 1. Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company policies. 2. Scrutinizing the Incident Investigations, near misses, Dangerous occurrences of the contractors/ vendors and advising to implement suitable corrective actions to prevent recurrence. 3. Collaborate with project teams to ensure HSE considerations are integrated into project planning and execution. 4. Preparing the monthly reports for business unit safety along with MIS (management information system) reports. 5. Monitor and advise contractors about the HSE performance, incident rates, audit results, and ensuring the compliance status in time. 6. Ensure and monitoring contractors are complying with local regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.. 1.
