Senior KYC Analyst

In this role, you will collaborate with colleagues and take personal responsibility for maintaining and enhancing controls to support the overall control environment, customer outcomes, and reduce operational risk at M&G. Responsibilities include assessing KYC files, conducting AML Due Diligence and distributor due diligence, defining and managing client KYC checklists, responding to new information on counterparties, handling AML/CTF/Distribution oversight issues, assisting with client due diligence calls, and supporting fund distribution across jurisdictions. You will play a crucial role in ensuring business operations comply with relevant laws, rules, and regulations, as well as M&G's risk appetite. Your contributions will aid in developing and maintaining the KYC, AML/Distributor Due Diligence Framework, implementing a new business model as required, supporting distribution oversight activities, participating in ad hoc projects, assisting auditors, and providing reports to governance bodies.
