Key Responsibilities:
• Source Home Loan business through DSA, Open Market• Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs and connectors to ensure steady business inflow.• Achieve monthly disbursement and revenue targets.• Conduct regular market visits to understand competition and identify new business opportunities.• Ensure adherence to company policies, credit guidelines, and process compliance.• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and timely disbursement.• Monitor DSA performance, resolve issues, and drive productivity.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Graduate / Postgraduate with 36 years of experience in Home Loan sales (preferably DSA sourcing).• Strong market knowledge and existing DSA network in the Mumbai region.• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.• Target-oriented and self-motivated with a proven sales track record.
