Senior Kafka Developer

Job Title: Senior Developer – Kafka & StreamSets
Experience Required: 6 to 10 Years

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Developer with strong expertise in Apache Kafka and StreamSets to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data streaming and pipeline solutions to support enterprise-level data integration and real-time processing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement real-time data pipelines using Kafka and StreamSets
• Develop scalable and fault-tolerant streaming solutions
• Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless data flow
• Optimize data ingestion and transformation pipelines for performance and reliability
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in data pipelines and streaming jobs
• Ensure data quality, security, and compliance in all integration processes

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Apache Kafka (Kafka Streams, Kafka Connect)
• Proficiency in StreamSets Data Collector & Transformer
• Solid knowledge of data integration, ingestion, and ETL/ELT pipelines
• Experience with distributed systems and real-time streaming data
• Proficient in Java, Python, or Scala
• Good understanding of cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Familiarity with CI/CD and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Exposure to big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
