Senior Java Developer

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for...

• Bachelors or masters in computer science or engineering

• 2+ years of experience in Cloud
• Good knowledge on Object-Oriented design and programming with Java (Java 17)
• Good knowledge on Cloud native technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Quarkus, OpenShift, Micro services)
• Good knowledge and practice in agile methodologies (Scrum (required), SAFe (preferred))
• Create scalable microservices of high performance, high availability, interoperability, and reliability
• Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Proven experience of building services in cloud.
• Experience with messaging (Kafka) based integration and micro services.
• Experience in leading group of developers and teams.
• Familiar to complete product development lifecycle including production support
• Able to deliver high quality results in a fast paced, changing environment with shifting priorities
• Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with one or more modern programming languages and database querying languages like Oracle, MySQL or NoSQL databases like Cassandra or MongoDB.
• Strive to consistently meet established deadlines
• Experience in an Agile environment Scrum. SAFe is a plus
• T-shape mindset is a plus.
• Knowledge of AI is a plus.
• Good knowledge on Payment existing product will be a plus

Maintain and optimize

• Troubleshoot and investigate defects raised by our customers to ensure compliance of our products to the specifications and system integrity
• Debug efficiently
• Create and update standardized documentation

Collaborate

• Work closely with SM, Technical Business Analysts, Technical Leads/Architect and Quality Assurance to create and develop high quality code for internal/external customers that works and is consistent with requirements documents
• Collaborate with your fellow team members, to benefit from their knowledge and different backgrounds, and bring your own assets to the team
• Coordinate cross team/cross area development with other teams and developers
