Design and develop high-performing backend applications using Java (Spring Boot)
Architect microservices and manage PostgreSQL and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases
Create and consume RESTful APIs in a production-grade environment
Take ownership of solution design, code reviews, and mentoring team members
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile sprints
Apply critical thinking and innovation to resolve business problems

Mandatory Skills

Java (6+ yrs), Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture
PostgreSQL and any NoSQL DB (MongoDB preferred)
RESTful API development
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Experience leading small to mid-size engineering teams

Good To Have

Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services
CI/CD exposure, containerization (Docker), monitoring tools
