Hiring Senior Java Developer (Spring Boot, Struts, EJB) - Religent Systems

We are looking for an experienced

Senior Java Developer

with 6 8 years of hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Struts, and EJB. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring robust and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Java-based enterprise applications using Spring Boot, Struts, and EJB.
Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and other developers to define technical solutions.
Develop and integrate RESTful and SOAP web services.
Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for developed solutions.
Support deployment and release activities.
Mentor junior team members and share technical expertise.

Required Skills & Experience

of professional experience in Java application development.
Strong expertise in

Experience with web services (REST/SOAP) and integration frameworks.
Proficiency in relational databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Good understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Experience with build tools (Maven/Gradle) and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in enterprise-scale application development and deployment.
Exposure to microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is an advantage.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Prior experience working in large, distributed teams.

Education

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
