Role & responsibilities

Develop and enhance
microservice-based, event-driven, reactive backend solutions
in an Agile environment.
Participate in the
complete software development lifecycle
, delivering features iteratively.
Collaborate with global technology teams to improve
platform resiliency, scalability, and performance
.
Research and improve
DevOps, automation, and software testing practices
.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure
quality across all development stages
.
Interact with users to
gather requirements
, analyze needs, and propose technical solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in
distributed systems
with a structured problem-solving approach.

Preferred candidate profile

5 to 10 years
of experience in Java 8+, Spring Boot, Microservices, Spring Cloud, Hibernate.
Strong understanding of
Design Patterns
, SQL, data modeling, and DB performance tuning.
Experience with
Kafka / Kafka Streams
is a strong plus.
Knowledge of
Angular
or other UI frameworks is an advantage.
Familiarity with
Agile methodologies
, DevOps, testing tools (JMeter, Jira, ALM).
Understanding of
secure software development
and cloud environments.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and analytical problem-solving skills.
Prior experience in the
Financial Services / Investment Banking
domain is preferred.
