Senior IT System Engineer

Responsibilities & Duties

Configure, manage, and troubleshoot
IP routing, switching, VLANs, firewall security rules, NAT, PAT, and UTM features
.
Operate and administer
Cisco and Ruckus switches and routers
with strong command-line knowledge.
Manage and support
firewall technologies
, preferably with
Fortinet firewall
experience.
Oversee
wireless network management
, with hands-on expertise in
Ruckus Wireless Technologies
.
Implement and maintain
endpoint security solutions
such as
Sophos
.
Perform regular
monitoring, checklist maintenance, and reporting
for all network and security devices/applications.
Monitor
P2P and ILL links
using
PRTG and OPManager
tools.
Ensure timely
updates, incident reporting, and escalation
to management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in
B.Sc, B.Tech, B.E, or BCA
.
CCNA/CCNP certification is mandatory
.

Experience

6–10 years
of relevant IT experience with strong expertise in
network and security management
.
