Job Description: Role: Senior IT Support (EUC) Specialist Work Location: Gift City, Gandhinagar Working Mode: 5 days Work from office Shift Timings: Rotational Flexible Shift (including Night shift) Position overview: EUC Specialist Senior is responsible for providing first line support to internal clients, administration staff and EUC specialist in assisting them with additional hardware and software and hardware requirements and making sure that the systems are working properly according to company standards. Resource is responsible for providing technical support to both operations and staff, always looking for continuous improvement in the processes established, and is also responsible for ensuring the availability of computing resources to the organization. Key responsibilities: Provide technical on-site or remote support to end-users for the resolution of issues with hardware or software Create WiFi credentials for clients and other visitors and provide any required support to enable access Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications Troubleshoot reported issues and escalate to the specialized team when required (Network, Telephony, Server, etc) Provide support and troubleshooting expertise for new client launches Perform hardware maintenance and upgrades, coordinating with vendors for hardware repairs or replacements Maintain technical documentation of configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps Core Competencies: Managing self-development Embracing technology Focusing on customers Giving support Functional competencies: Knowledge of operating systems, hardware, and software applications Expertise in technology monitoring Expertise in IT service management processes Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to handle multiple priorities Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills Qualifications : 5+ years experience in end-user computing or equivalent roles (desirable) Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Relevant certifications are desirable B1+ oral and written English About Telus Digital: Telus Digital is the operating name of Telus International Inc., a Canadian technology company.
