Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior IT Salesman to lead and grow our IT product sales segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT hardware/software sales and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for driving revenue, managing client relationships, and guiding junior sales staff. Key Responsibilities: Actively engage with customers to understand their IT product needs and recommend suitable solutions Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, product presentation, negotiation, and closing deals Maintain in-depth knowledge of current IT products, trends, and pricing Build and sustain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business Train and mentor junior sales staff as needed Work closely with inventory and support teams to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in IT sales (hardware and/or software) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to close sales and meet targets In-depth knowledge of IT products (laptops, desktops, networking devices, software, etc.) Self-motivated and target-driven Ability to work independently and as part of a team Fluency in English and Malayalam preferred Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field Experience in retail IT sales in Kerala is a plus What We Offer: Competitive salary with performance incentives Professional and growth-oriented work environment Opportunities for advancement within the organization Staff discounts on products Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Internet reimbursement Provident Fund Compensation Package: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 9895536102
