Job Description

KeyResponsibilities:

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT roles using Naukri, LinkedIn,Instahyre, andCutshort.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including jobpostings, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and tailor sourcing strategies.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet future hiring needs.
Build and maintain strong candidate relationships to ensure a positive experience.

Requirements:

5 to 8years of IT recruitment experience.
Proficiencyin sourcing using Naukri, LinkedIn,Instahyre, andCutshort.
Strong understanding of technical roles and IT terminologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work fromthe Bangaloreoffice 3 days a week.
