Senior IT Operation and Supply Chain Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, support, and optimize IT systems related to supply chain, logistics, procurement, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business users, IT developers, vendors) to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure timely implementation.
• Provide analytical insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency across supply chain functions.
• Lead incident management and problem resolution for IT systems supporting supply chain and operations.
• Oversee system upgrades, data integrity, and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Monitor key system performance metrics and initiate corrective actions as needed.
• Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual processes and improve reporting accuracy.
• Train and support end-users to maximize adoption of supply chain IT solutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert for ERP, WMS, TMS, or other supply chain technology platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 6-10 years of experience in IT operations and supply chain system support/analysis.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar), supply chain modules, and related IT tools.
• Hands-on experience in supply chain process flows including procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution.
• Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
• Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive process improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud-based supply chain applications and integrations.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and supply chain analytics.
• Exposure to automation technologies (RPA, AI/ML for supply chain).
