Job Description

Crusoe is looking for a Hands-On Senior Systems & Network Administrator to take care about computers, networks and other IT infrastructure at the Company. Excellent growth opportunities are possible. Selected person will get a chance to build an IT team at the Company.

Maintain existing IT Hardware and Software and upgrade as needed
Proactively troubleshoot hardware/software issues and provide tech support to employees
Install & configure network equipment like routers, APs, switches, DNS and DHCP etc
Configure firewalls, routing and switching to maximize network efficiency and security
Scheduled upgrades of network equipment and updating to latest firmware releases
Manage User accounts, permissions and access rights on computers and Google Workspace
All IT infrastructure inventory management
Document & Maintain all IT Policies, Processes and Procedures

Skill sets needed:

Comprehensive understanding of computer hardware, software, and related IT infra
Comprehensive understanding on networks and network & data security
Comprehensive understanding of identity management (premise & cloud based, SSO etc)
Comprehensive understanding of MS Windows Operating systems
Good understanding of MacOS, Linux and mobile operating systems
Familiarity with scripting languages like PowerShell, Python etc
Very good verbal and written communication skills needed

Qualification & Certifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer science or related field
Professional certifications (like CompTIA N+, CCNP, MCSE) is a plus
Familiarity with Google Workspace(G Suite) and cloud based identity mgmt is a plus
