Key Responsibilities:

• Lead

  deal origination and execution

  across capital raising, mergers & acquisitions, and strategic advisory mandates.
• Manage and nurture relationships with

  promoters, business owners, and institutional clients

• Supervise and guide a team of advisors and analysts in research, financial modelling, and transaction documentation.
• Work closely with external advisors (legal, tax, diligence) to ensure smooth execution.
• Drive

  end-to-end deal closure

• 7–10 years of relevant experience in investment banking or transaction advisory.
• Strong record of

  client relationship management and successful deal closures
