Senior Investment Banker

Role Overview: As a seasoned investment banking professional at Client Associates (CA), you will lead client engagements, manage advisory teams, and drive deal closures. Your deep experience in fundraising, strategic advisory, or equity sales in broking, along with proven client management capabilities, will be crucial. Your full-on sales attitude will enable you to originate and close high-quality transactions effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Lead deal origination and execution across capital raising, mergers & acquisitions, and strategic advisory mandates. - Manage and nurture relationships with promoters, business owners, and institutional clients. - Supervise and guide a team of advisors and analysts in research, financial modelling, and transaction documentation. - Work closely with external advisors (legal, tax, diligence) to ensure smooth execution. - Drive end-to-end deal closure, from origination to execution. Desired Candidate Profile: - 7-10 years of relevant experience in investment banking or transaction advisory. - Strong record of client relationship management and successful deal closures. - Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. - Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership and deliver results.
