Senior Investment Associate

As a Senior Analyst/Sr. Associate at UV Capital, you will play a crucial role in the deal execution team, working on a variety of deals across sectors. Your responsibilities will include: - Deal Execution: - Participating in transaction execution across different deal types. - Independently building and managing comprehensive financial models. - Leading the creation of pitch books and investment memorandums. - Conducting in-depth financial analysis, including trading and transaction comparables. - Client Coordination: - Identifying and listing all necessary information and documentation required from clients. - Serving as the primary point of contact for clients during the documentation and information collection process. - Building and maintaining strong client relationships for effective communication. - Banker/Investor Coordination: - Engaging with bankers and investors to address queries and align on client expectations. - Ensuring timely delivery of all required documentation and information. - Coordinating meetings and managing due diligence processes with various teams. - Quality and Timeline Management: - Reviewing and validating documents prepared by analysts to maintain output quality. - Ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables. - Team Supervision: - Guiding junior team members in preparing pitch decks and investment memorandums. - Addressing and resolving team queries during document preparation. - Business Development Support: - Providing industry research, data, and insights to support the business development team. Experience Required: - Minimum 8 years of total work experience. - At least 3 years in an investment banking analyst or senior analyst role. - Proven ability to independently prepare complex financial models. - Experience in end-to-end client coordination. - Strong knowledge of investment banking products including Corporate Finance and Private Equity. - Demonstrated experience coordinating with investors.
