As a Senior Associate/AVP in Investment Banking, you will be responsible for leading deal execution and client coordination across various locations including Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, Noida, Chandigarh, and Mumbai. With a minimum of 8 years of overall experience and at least 3 years in an investment banking analyst/senior analyst role, you will independently prepare financial models and demonstrate expertise in corporate finance and private equity. Your key responsibilities will include being part of the transaction execution team, leading the preparation of financial models, pitch books, and investment memorandums, and conducting financial analysis such as trading/transaction comparables and financial benchmarking. You will also be tasked with client coordination, listing required information and documents based on investor requirements, and fostering strong client relationships. Additionally, you will collaborate with bankers and investors to address queries, provide necessary information, and facilitate meetings as required. Quality and timelines management will be crucial, including overseeing document quality, ensuring project timelines are met, and supervising team members in pitch book and IM preparation. Supporting the business development team/leaders by providing research papers and industry information will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you should hold an MBA, CFA, or CA qualification and have exposure to the investment banking or investment advisory industry. Your experience in investor coordination and knowledge of investment banking products will be essential in delivering successful outcomes for clients and stakeholders.,

1. Investor coordination & Financial Reporting - Coordinate with investor bankers, auditors and consultants for fund raising documentation - Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with IND AS - Lead due diligence processes and support investor documentation - Manage data compliance for financial disclosures and investor presentations 2. Transition to IND AS - Drive the transition from IGAAP to IND AS across the organization - Prepare IND AS-compliant standalone and consolidated financial statements - Train and support internal teams on IND AS applications 3. Internal Audit, Taxation & Compliance - Manage internal audits and risk-based financial controls - Ensure timely and accurate tax fillings (GST, TDS, Income Tax) - Comply with Companies Act and other regulatory frameworks - Strengthen corporate governance and internal controls 4. Strategic Finance & Planning - Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling aligned to our market readiness - Contribute to compliance documents preparation and risk assessments - Liaise with legal, secretarial and operations teams for financial compliance 5. Play a pivotal role in guiding company's transition to public markets by shaping financial strategy, government frameworks & reporting systems aligned with regulatory expections, esp. with an EPC/ Infrastructure company. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical thinking and detail orientation. Ability to meet tight deadlines and work independently. High ethical standards and integrity. Shall have experience of compliance for a Public Ltd. Company or IPO compliance and strategy.
