Senior Investment Associate

You will play a critical role in identifying and evaluating high-quality investment opportunities, conducting thorough due diligence, managing key external relationships, and monitoring the performance of our portfolio assets. Proactively identify and build a pipeline of investable opportunities across real assets, operating businesses, and private credit. Engage with founders, promoters, and intermediaries to evaluate early-stage deal flow and strategic fit. Support comprehensive due diligence across financial, operational, legal, commercial, and regulatory dimensions. Summarize key findings and red flags in investment memos and diligence reports. Prepare compelling investment materials, including pitch decks, IMs, and FAQs for investor queries. Build and manage strong relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, family offices, wealth advisors, institutional partners, and other capital market intermediaries. Assist in explaining the value proposition to different investor segments. Work with legal, compliance, and finance teams to ensure regulatory and procedural adherence during deal closure. Monitor portfolio company performance across financial, operational, legal, commercial, and regulatory dimensions. Prepare monitoring reports for periodic investor updates and reporting. Skills Required: 4-6 years of experience in similar roles in investment banking, family office, or corporate finance. Strong exposure in business development and sales. Proficient in financial modeling, investment memos, and market research. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and fast-paced environment.,
