Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Investment Analyst with strong experience in Venture Capital, Growth Equity, or Family Office investing into Startup.

The candidate will play a critical role in sourcing, evaluating, and managing investments across startups and growth-stage companies (50% allocation) while contributing to the funds broader cross-asset investment strategy.

This role provides a unique opportunity to work closely with the Managing Partners and the Investment Committee, taking ownership of deal execution, due diligence, and value creation for Indias next generation of scalable businesses.

5. Research, Strategy & Market Intelligence

MBA (Finance / Strategy / Entrepreneurship)

CFA / CA / CAIA certification preferred.

Experience

• 7 to 10 years of experience in Venture Capital, Growth Equity, Family Office, or Investment Banking.
• Proven track record in startup sourcing, investment execution, and portfolio management.
• Exposure to B2B tech, fintech, SaaS, and digital infrastructure sectors preferred.
