Role Overview: As a Senior Investment Analyst at Stoneview Capital, you will be an integral part of our thematic real estate private equity firm focusing on investments across Europe. Your role will involve in-depth financial modeling, investment analysis, asset management, and strategy execution. Key Responsibilities: - Develop comprehensive financial models to analyze equity, mezzanine, and senior debt structures, including scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess investment returns such as IRR, equity multiples, and yield on cost. - Underwrite acquisitions, conduct due diligence involving financial analysis, market research, and evaluation of developers/operators. - Monitor project performance, assist with investor reporting, and contribute to strategic decisions for optimizing returns. - Analyze investment themes aligned with macroeconomic and sector trends, collaborating with partners to effectively execute thematic strategies. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in real estate private equity, investment banking, or related fields, with expertise in financial modeling and transaction structuring. - Advanced proficiency in Excel, including macros, strong analytical skills, and the ability to create compelling investor presentations. - Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related discipline; CFA designation or progression towards it is advantageous.
