About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-driven Business Development Specialist to join our growing team at IBR Infotech. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in generating leads, meeting clients, understanding technical requirements, and closing deals from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate potential business leads through multiple channels such as: LinkedIn Outreach, Upwork / Freelancer / Fiverr , Email Marketing, Cold Calling, Social Media & Networking Platforms.
• Conduct client meetings (in-person/virtual) to understand project requirements.
• Coordinate with technical teams to prepare project proposals and quotes.
• Own the entire sales cycle — from lead qualification to deal closure.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets while maintaining a strong client relationship.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales (preferably in IT/Software Services).
• Strong understanding of software development services and project requirement gathering.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.
• Must be target-driven, self-motivated, and ready to face new challenges.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹52,000.00 per month
