Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate between internal teams (sales, logistics, finance) and external clients.Handle order processing, tracking, and after-sales support.Maintain sales records and generate reports for management.Respond to customer queries, complaints, and ensure resolution.Support the sales team with documentation, proposals, and quotations.
Requirements:Bachelors degree in Business Administration or equivalent.Proven experience in internal sales coordination or similar roles.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems.
