Role Overview

Senior Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of interior designers across multiple residential projects.
Translate client briefs into innovative, functional, and aesthetically aligned design solutions.
Collaborate with clients, project managers, and execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Ensure adherence to design quality, project timelines, and budgets.
Provide creative guidance, mentor junior designers, and maintain design documentation standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum
5+ years of experience
in residential interior design, with at least 3 years in a lead or managerial role.
Degree/Diploma in
Interior Design
(Graduated from
Tier 1 / Grade A institute preferred
).
Proven experience in
modular and carpentry-based interior design projects
.
Strong knowledge of residential interior trends, materials, and industry standards.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and related design tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
