Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

High-End Designing:
Conceptualize and execute premium interior design solutions tailored for luxury apartments, reflecting sophistication, functionality, and client vision.
Project & Site Coordination:
Oversee site execution to ensure designs are implemented as per specifications and timelines. Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve on-ground challenges.
Vendor Management:
Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and quality compliance of materials, furnishings, and design elements.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of junior designers and support staff. Allocate responsibilities, monitor performance, and ensure effective collaboration across functions.
Client & Stakeholder Communication:
Interact with clients, architects, and consultants to understand requirements, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback efficiently.
Decision Making:
Make informed decisions on design direction, material selection, budget allocation, and resource planning to align with project goals.

Required Skills:

Strong sense of aesthetics and detail orientation.
Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, 3Ds Max or similar).
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Deep understanding of luxury design trends, materials, and furnishing.
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
Experience with turnkey high-end residential projects.
