Senior Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Residential Interior Design Project Conversion:
• Drive the conversion of residential interior design projects from leads to completed contracts.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and maximize project profitability.
• Team Management:
• Lead and manage a team of interior designers, ensuring high performance and collaboration.
• Provide mentorship, training, and support to team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
• Client Handling:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Process Improvement:
• Create and refine processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of sales pitches and project design execution.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in interior design sales or business development.
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage and lead a team of interior designers.
• Client Relations: Strong client handling skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Process Development: Experience in creating and improving sales and project processes.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organization: Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
