💼 Experience: 5+ years
What you’ll do:
• Lead & manage the design team
• Handle clients from concept to final design
• Create layouts, 3D, BOQs & working drawings
• Ensure projects are completed within budget
• Coordinate with the execution team for smooth project handover
Skills needed:
• Creative design thinking
• Strong client communication
• Good sense of space & materials
• Proficiency in AutoCAD & SketchUp
