Role Description

Risk Hub is looking for a Senior Instructor to join our team. This is a full-time remote role. The Senior Instructor will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, developing course content, assessing learner progress, and providing feedback. The role also involves staying updated on industry trends and incorporating the latest knowledge and practices into the training materials. The Senior Instructor will collaborate with other team members to ensure the courses are comprehensive, engaging, and relevant to the needs of the learners.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Risk Management, including areas such as Credit Risk, Market Risk, Counterparty Credit Risk, and Liquidity Risk
• Experience with risk management models and frameworks, such as VaR, ES, CECL, PD, LGD, EAD, CVA, PFE, ALM, IRRBB, ICAAP, and ILAAP
• Strong programming skills in Python, SAS, and R
• Excellent teaching, presentation, and communication skills
• Ability to develop and adapt course content to suit learner needs
• Experience in creating and delivering online training programs
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
• Relevant certifications (e.g., FRM, SCR, RAI) are a plus
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Risk Management, or a related field
