Senior Inside Sales Executive

Job Title: Senior Inside Sales Executive/Sales Consultant/Account Manager ( IC Role ) Requirement: 2 ResourceJob type: Permanent/Full-timeLocation: India (Work from Office) Inovaare Offices in Bangalore or Bhubaneswar (BBSR)Experience: 3+ years in international sales targeting US healthcare market, selling Compliance, IT, and AI solutionsResponsibilities:

• Research and Lead Generation: Identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and generating leads through various channels (cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, industry events, networking, etc.).
• Prospecting and Qualifying: Evaluating potential clients (including Payers, Payvider, ACOs, and healthcare systems in the US market) and determining their suitability for the company's offerings.
• Achieving Sales Targets: Meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to the overall financial performance of the company.
• Develop and manage sales pipeline of new clients and opportunities (within the Healthcare payer Market).
• Pitch and present Inovaare Compliance, IT, and AI solutions/services to prospective clients.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years experience in healthcare technology sales in the US market.
• Experience in B2B sales, cold calling, and client acquisition in the US healthcare market.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, email campaigns, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Understanding of HIPAA compliance and data security regulations.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Proven experience around new business development and account management.
• Presence to interact with CEO / CXO level contacts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working in healthcare outsourcing, BPO, or KPO industries.
• Existing client base or network in the US healthcare industry.
• Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, healthcare administration, or a related field is often preferred.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Night shift / US shift (6.30 PM IST 3.30 AM IST)
