Position: Senior Manager Infrastructure (Construction Manager)

Purpose of the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Central Construction Project Manager to oversee and support project execution across our five plant locations. This key role involves centralized tracking of all construction projects, schedule management, design coordination, and technical drawing review. The successful candidate will ensure project alignment with timelines, budgets, and design specifications while enabling effective communication between site teams and central functions.

Job Responsibility:

• Project Tracking & Coordination:
o Maintain a centralized dashboard to monitor progress, timelines, and deliverablesfor all ongoing construction projects across five plant sites.o Track key project milestones and flag delays or deviations for managementintervention.• Schedule Management & Recovery Planning:o Analyze project schedules to identify risks and delays.o Develop and implement recovery plans for projects lagging behind schedule, incoordination with site teams and contractors.• Design & Drawing Management:o Monitor and coordinate the timely delivery of design documents and constructiondrawings.o Review and approve site drawings to ensure compliance with overall design intentand standards.o Facilitate communication between design teams and site execution teams to resolvediscrepancies.• Reporting & Communication:o Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status, risks,and key issues.o Liaise with site project managers, engineering, procurement, and design consultantsto ensure smooth execution.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a relatedfield.• 3+ years of experience in construction project coordination or management, preferably in anindustrial or multi-site setting.• Strong understanding of construction processes, project scheduling (e.g., using MS Project orPrimavera), and drawing standards.• Proficiency in AutoCAD and document management systems.• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment with minimal supervision.• Experience in design of RCC / Steel Structures and knowledge of design software (Staad/ ETABS etc.) is preferablePreferred:• PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials.• Experience with construction in manufacturing or plant environments.• Knowledge of PowerBI, Tableau/other analysis software.
